I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. I received my certification through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world's top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

Contact me at [email protected] at least one week prior to when you'd like to speak. We can arrange a time that fits your schedule. Typically the three sessions are held at the end of week 1, around week 6 and at the end of week 12; but it's completely up to you when you want to talk. Remember you have unlimited email support & weekly food diary analysis feedback.
No, but you'll only get out of this program what you put into it. :) The homework consists manly of videos, articles and assignments that help to reinforce the material covered for that week. I'll be pushing a lot of content your way in terms of lectures, so it's in your best interest to keep up with the homework and giveaways (pertains to personal coaching only) on a weekly basis so you don't fall behind.
